Kiley has spent the last 4 years juggling a full time education and her work in venture capital and consulting. She started her career by consulting for various fortune 500 companies, where she realized her passion for the entrepreneurial space. During her time at the Carlson School of Management at the University of MN she became the Managing Partner of Atland Ventures, the first fully functioning traditional VC model run by students.
Outside of her time as a student and working with Atland Ventures, she also worked as the Sourcing Lead at Groove Capital for a year and then as a Portfolio Management Consultant at Finches. In her free time she worked with an up and coming venture studio on multiple different startup projects.
Kiley is deeply involved in Evio’s sourcing and investment process and is passionate about working closely with the next generation of human potential entrepreneurs.
