Saki has been investing in mental health and wellness since 2012 and was an early investor in some iconic companies of the space: Calm, BetterUp and more recently Foresight Mental Health and Grow Therapy. 

His early career was in Private Equity. He worked in New York, London and Singapore, setting up offices and building high performance investment teams. He did a number of deals in healthcare delivering 2.5x returns.

He has also worked as a talent management expert for PE funds helping design processes for CEO assessment. This expertise has shaped Evio’s proprietary founder assessment process.

Sarah has a proven track record of success, including co-founding and selling an education business that generated over $80 million in annual recurring revenue within five years. She excels in driving rapid growth in the education sector and has held key leadership roles in venture capital-backed tech-enabled education companies, focusing on growth and international partnerships.

With deep expertise in education technology, Sarah built the EdTech practice for Peak State Ventures, a $150 million first-time fund. 

As a seasoned executive coach with over 500 hours of experience working with venture-backed founders, Sarah supports entrepreneurs in navigating the challenges of scaling their companies while fostering personal and professional development.

Nick has a decade of professional experience spanning digital marketing, market research and operations.

As the founder of a full-stack digital marketing agency he has worked closely with early stage business owners. He frequently assumed fractional CMO / COO duties and has led business transformation projects.
